Your Privacy Choices

1. Get a Copy of Your Data

Export your transactions as a spreadsheet file, or everything we hold about you as one file.

• On the web: Settings, then Data
• On iPhone: Settings, then Export and delete

2. Disconnect a Bank or Brokerage

You may disconnect a bank at any time. When you do, we revoke the connection at Plaid and delete its access token and that bank’s saved transactions and balances from our database. Bank connections are read-only: Pocket Check cannot move money.

3. Clear Your Data or Delete Your Account

You can clear what you have set up, or delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers, except the few records listed under Delete Your Data in the Privacy Policy, such as billing records that Stripe and Apple keep.

4. Atlas, the AI Assistant

Atlas asks for your permission before it sends anything for the first time. Until you allow it, nothing is sent to the AI provider. Under its terms, the provider may not use your data to train its AI models. When Atlas suggests a change, nothing is saved until you approve it.

Your Atlas conversations are saved only on your device, not on our servers. Starting a new chat moves the old one to History, where you can delete it.

5. Notifications

Choose which alerts you get in Settings, then Notifications. You can also turn off push notifications at any time through your device’s Settings.

6. Cookies, Tracking and Selling Data

We use only the cookies that are necessary to sign you in and process payments. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Cookie Policy.
