We want Pocket Check to be useful to you. If it isn’t, we’ll give your money back.
Every new Pocket Check account starts with a 30-day free trial. We do not collect a credit card to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of (or during) your trial.
Once you subscribe (monthly or annual), you have 14 days from the date of your first paid charge to request a full refund for any reason. Email pocketcheckapp@gmail.comfrom the address associated with your account and we’ll process the refund within five business days. No questions, no forms, no friction.
The 14-day window applies to your first paid charge only. Renewals (year two and beyond) are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges - see below.
You can cancel your Pocket Check subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access to all paid features through the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions ($59 per year) qualify for the same 14-day full refund window. After day 14, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but cancelling will prevent the next year from being charged.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
